The Limits of FBI Authority

The following cartoon appeared in The Realist magazine for February, 1966. I present it here--without permission, and I'll take it down if I get a formal protest--in honor of the persistent silly rumor that the quote actually comes from J. Edgar Hoover.

Also, I present it in honor of the faction that insists that late-term abortions should, under the authority of the United States Constitution, become a Federal offense.
